Order Status
Orders received by noon are generally shipped the same day, while all others are shipped the next day via Royal Mail First Class post.
*Please note that UK Ground shipments typically take 3-5 days for delivery.
If you have not received an e-mail confirming order shipment and it has been more than 24 hours since you placed the order, click here and contact us for assistance assistance.
Cancellations
Orders received by noon are shipped the same day. If your order has not yet been shipped and you’ve changed your mind or made a mistake, we’ll be at your service to cancel your order.
Returns
To return an item, you must return the package unopened to the return address on the package.
Returns Policy
You may return an item within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Your account will automatically be given credit after we have received the item. It may take 3-4 weeks to receive this credit because of the shipping and processing time at our warehouse. We will do everything possible to get you your refund in less time. Typically it takes 5-10 business days for us to receive the returned product from your carrier. Then it takes us 3-5 business days to process the return and confirm that it is back in our system. At that point, it takes another 3-5 business days to get approval for the transaction through the credit card approval process. We will do everything possible to make this happen more quickly. You will receive an e-mail to tell you when the return has been processed and your account has been given credit. If you have not received your refund within 4 weeks, please e-mail us for further assistance.
We will do not reimburse shipping and handling fees for products that we shipped. If you return any items from an order that received a shipping discount, the amount of that savings will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error.
